Description

Captivation Software is looking for a software engineer to provide customer support and infrastructure services with quick response capabilities for SIGINT and Cyber Solutions.

Requirements

Security Clearance:

Must currently hold a Top Secret/SCI U.S. Government security clearance with a favorable Polygraph, therefore all candidates must be a U.S. citizen

Minimum Qualifications:

At least seven (7) years of experience as a SWE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required

An additional 5 years of relevant experience may substitute for the degree.

Required Skills:

Experience with Python, FASApi, JavaScript, JSON, CSS

Experience with building conventional Rest Services

Experience Querying MongoDB, Elasticsearch

Experience with working within a Docker / Compose enabled environment

Experience and comfort using Gitlab, Jira

Experience and comfort moving between frontend and backend development

AI assisted development

Eager to learn, energetic, and highly motivated junior developer

Desired Skills:

Backend skills with Golang, Protobuf

Frontend: React, SASS/LESS, Leaflet (UI map library)

Elasticsearch index management

Experience with Kubernetes

Annual Salary: $130,000 - $270,000 (Depends on the Years of Experience)

Up to 20% 401k contribution (No Matching Required and Vested from Day 1)
