Stamping Quality Engineer (Vehicle Division)

-Oversee stamping quality control to ensure stamped parts meet specified quality standards and customer requirements. -Lead defect analysis, root cause investigation, corrective and preventive actions, and continuous improvement activities. -Coordinate with Production, Die, Process Engineering, and Equipment teams to identify and resolve stamping quality issues. -Manage inspection activities, non-conforming products, quality KPIs, and team performance. -Monitor stamping process quality and identify potential quality risks to prevent recurring defects. -Support the implementation and improvement of quality standards, procedures, and control plans. -Prepare quality reports and follow up on corrective actions to ensure issues are effectively closed.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Quality Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in automotive stamping quality, preferably with experience in an automotive OEM or Tier 1 supplier. Strong knowledge of stamping processes, stamping dies, quality control tools, and IATF 16949. Experience in defect analysis, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement. Strong problem-solving, communication, coordination, and team management skills. Able to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a manufacturing environment. Good communication, coordination, and cross-functional teamwork skills. Good command of English or Chinese is an advantage.
