Job description

BlueMonks operates at the intersection of legislation, risk management and strategy. We support leading financial institutions, property managers, investment funds and public organisations with complex KYC/KYB, AML and FEC issues.

As a Mid-level KYC/CDD Analyst, you work on substantively challenging files and have a direct impact on the integrity of organisations. You combine analytical sharpness with professional judgement and know how to substantiate risks clearly.

At BlueMonks, compliance is not a checkbox, but a profession. We believe in quality over quantity, in ownership over hierarchy and in professionals who take responsibility for their files. You work in an environment where substance matters, where there is room for growth and where your expertise makes a visible impact.

Do you want to work in a high-performance compliance environment where your subject-matter knowledge is truly valued?

Requirements

What will you do?

As a Mid-level KYC/CDD Analyst at BlueMonks, you are responsible for independently conducting client due diligence, for both private and business clients. You work on files of varying complexity, from regular client acceptance to in-depth Enhanced Due Diligence processes.

You analyse complex legal and organisational structures, including holdings, international entities, foundations and layered UBO structures. You carefully map ownership and control relationships and translate them into a clear risk assessment.

You prepare clear, structured and legally substantiated risk analyses in which your findings, reasoning and conclusion follow logically from one another. In doing so, you take into account local regulation, internal policy frameworks and relevant guidelines. You know how to record complex matters in an understandable and verifiable way.

You also identify integrity risks, unusual patterns or potential red flags. Where necessary, you carefully escalate these to compliance officers or risk managers and actively contribute to decisions on client acceptance or continuation.

Finally, you act as a subject-matter sparring partner for compliance officers, risk managers and other stakeholders. You communicate professionally, ask critical questions and know how to defend your findings clearly.

What do you ideally bring?

2 to 5 years of experience in KYC/KYB/CDD or AML Experience with complex structures (holdings, foundations, international entities) Knowledge of the AMLD and relevant laws and regulations Strong analytical ability and sharp writing skills in Lithuanian and English Professional judgement and risk awareness A proactive, independent attitude to work
