We are seeking a Contract Management Lead for our Supply Chain team. The Supply Chain Contracts Manager will lead a team of contracting professionals and build a center of excellence for contract development and management within the Supply Chain function. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution—ensuring the team drives critical supply agreements from initial concept through final signature. They will partner closely with team members in the legal, procurement, new product introduction, logistics and finance functions to ensure Beta is considering, drafting, negotiating and executing the appropriate contract tools at the appropriate times.

How you will contribute to revolutionizing electric aviation:

Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing contracting team

Establish contracting standards, processes, and training programs

Partner with Beta Legal to maintain a comprehensive library of contract templates and clauses

Establish best practices, policies, and procedures for all supply agreements

Serve as the primary subject matter expert for contracting within supply chain

Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on contracting matters

Ensure all critical supply agreements align with business objectives and mitigate risk

Support complex vendor negotiations and balance commercial needs with legal/compliance requirements

Drive timely contract closure to support supply chain initiatives

Present to leadership on contracts, terms and associated risks

Minimum Qualifications:

5-7+ years of contract management experience (5+ in supply chain/procurement context)

3+ years of team leadership or supervisory experience

Demonstrated success negotiating complex vendor/supply agreements

Experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain contracting roles

Exposure to multiple contract types (purchase agreements, service agreements, strategic partnerships)

Expert-level contract drafting, negotiation, and management

Knowledge of risk management, compliance, and legal principles

Above and Beyond Qualifications:

Master's degree in related field or JD

Previous experience in aerospace manufacturing or defense contracting

Familiarity with Ironclad or other contract lifecycle management software or compliance tracking software
