QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Job Responsibilities Prepare cost estimates, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and budgets for construction projects.

Manage the tendering process, including preparation of tender documents and evaluation of bids.

Monitor project costs and track variations to ensure projects remain within budget.

Conduct site measurements and valuations for interim payments and final accounts.

Liaise with contractors, clients, and consultants on cost-related matters.

Maintain and implement the ISO Quality Management System.

Assist in contract administration, including contract reviews and management of claims.

Job Requirements Proficient in software such as AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and SketchUp.

Meticulous, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Self-motivated, energetic, and a strong team player.

Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.

Proactive and resourceful in problem-solving.
