Software Consultant

Responsibilities:

Installation of software and Database Implementation of Software Training of Software Provide first-line support to clients using our software Troubleshoot technical and user issues promptly Guide clients through software features and updates Document and escalate complex issues to senior support staff Document and escalate complex issues to the product vendor Maintain excellent customer service standards

Requirements:

Degree in accounting, computer science, or related field 1–2 years of experience in customer support or accounting software preferred Basic knowledge of accounting principle Basic Knowledge of Sage software (Added advantage) Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and in a team

Location: On-site, Lagos

Remuneration: NGN  150,000 - 200,000 Monthly
