Job description

We are seeking an experienced and qualified consultant oncology & hematology to join a leading healthcare facility in Dubai. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive care for patients with solid tumors and hematological disorders, while contributing to multidisciplinary treatment planning and high-quality patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

Diagnose and manage patients with a wide range of oncological and hematological conditions.

Develop individualized treatment plans, including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapy, and supportive care.

Evaluate and manage hematological malignancies and solid tumors.

Participate in multidisciplinary tumor boards and collaborate with surgeons, radiologists, pathologists, and other specialists.

Provide follow-up care, monitor treatment response, and manage treatment-related complications.

Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with clinical protocols.

Contribute to clinical education, quality improvement, and evidence-based practice.

Requirements

Qualifications

Medical degree with recognized postgraduate qualification in oncology, hematology, or a relevant specialty.

Valid DHA eligibility or license, or eligibility to obtain one.

Relevant post-specialization clinical experience at consultant level.

Strong knowledge of current oncology and hematology treatment protocols.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
