SAP FICO Consultant

Implement, configure, and support SAP FICO solutions based on business requirements.

Analyze business processes, gather requirements, and recommend effective system solutions.

Conduct workshops with stakeholders to understand business needs.

Configure, customize, test, and support SAP FICO modules.

Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely solutions for business users.

Prepare functional specifications, test scenarios, and system documentation.

Collaborate with technical teams to deliver enhancements and support system integrations.

Support new SAP implementations, rollouts, and existing projects.

Ensure proper integration between SAP FICO and other SAP modules (MM, SD, and PP).

Prepare and maintain the SAP authorization matrix in line with business roles and security standards.

Bachelor's degree in commerce (Accounting) or a related field .

3+ years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO.

Experience in at least one full-cycle SAP implementation project.

Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is required.

Strong knowledge of SAP FICO with integration to MM, SD, and PP.

Experience with SAP S/4HANA (RISE experience is a plus).

Good understanding of Accounting, Costing, Material Ledger, COPA, Intercompany Processes, and Fiori.

SAP Certification is an advantage.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Good command of English (written and spoken).

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
