Join Aprio's (Insert Team) team and you will help clients maximize their opportunities.  Aprio Advisory Group, LLC is a progressive, fast-growing firm looking for a (Title) to join their dynamic team.

Responsibilities: Manage and execute Aprio's digital marketing programs — spanning paid media, search visibility, analytics, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) — aligning day-to-day work to growth goals and revenue targets.

Use AI daily and help the team adopt it — identifying practical use cases, sharing approaches, and modeling confident, responsible use in everyday work.

Manage and coach a small remote team of channel specialists, setting clear priorities and helping each team member grow in their craft.

Run the paid media program — with an emphasis on paid search — including campaign strategy, execution, budget management, testing, and continuous performance improvement.

Manage search visibility across both search engine optimization (SEO) and emerging AI search, helping Aprio earn visibility in traditional results and in generative engines such as ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Gemini, Perplexity, and Claude.

Coordinate closely with the email marketing team to keep campaigns and nurture programs aligned across the funnel.

Build AI into everyday marketing workflows and campaigns — from content and research to analysis, personalization, and reporting — and test and adopt tools that improve speed, quality, and results.

Own marketing analytics and reporting — building the dashboards and cross-channel measurements that show how programs perform and where to improve.

Run the conversion rate optimization (CRO) program, using A/B testing and data to improve conversion across campaigns and landing pages.

Collaborate with the website team to shape site and landing-page experiences that support demand generation and demand capture.

Manage campaign budgets and report on program performance and return on investment to the Vice President.

Use HubSpot to run campaigns, workflows, and reporting, helping connect marketing activity to pipeline and revenue.

Stay current on digital marketing and AI trends, platform changes, and new capabilities, and put them to work for the team.

Qualifications: Minimum of 7 years of experience in digital marketing, with a hands-on background across paid media and paid search, search visibility (SEO and AI search), and analytics and conversion rate optimization (CRO).

Deep, hands-on paid media experience — especially paid search — including campaign strategy, budget management, bidding, testing, and performance measurement.

Experience improving visibility in AI-driven search and generative engines (for example, ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Gemini, Perplexity, and Claude).

Hands-on experience leading analytics and conversion rate optimization — including web analytics (such as GA4), attribution, dashboards, and A/B testing — and turning data into decisions and improvements.

Experience running B2B marketing programs and a strong understanding of complex, multi-touch B2B buying and selling cycles.

Hands-on experience applying AI tools in a marketing context — such as content creation, research, analysis, or campaign operations — with a track record of using them to improve output and results.

Enthusiasm for AI and a habit of helping teammates adopt new tools and ways of working.

Strong hands-on HubSpot proficiency, including campaign management, workflows, and reporting.

Experience managing or coaching a small team or specialists, with strong communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Experience managing campaign budgets and reporting on performance.

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

Agency experience, ideally paired with in-house B2B marketing.

Experience managing remote team members

Background in professional services or another considered-purchase, relationship-driven B2B industry.

HubSpot certification(s).

Google Ads or Google Analytics certification(s).

MBA.
