Product Manager (Payments / Card Issuing) – Contract to Perm We're partnering with a leading global fintech to hire 2 experienced Product Managers to drive strategic payment products and regional expansion initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity to work on large-scale payment infrastructure, partnering with Engineering, Solution Engineering, Banking Partners, and global payment networks. You will lead the delivery and expansion of next-generation payment products across global markets, owning product execution from concept through launch while working with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Product Manager – Payments / SWIFT
You'll focus on payment infrastructure and enterprise payment products. Preferred experience: SWIFT messaging (highly preferred) B2B Payments / Cross-border Payments Money Movement Payment APIs Complex Payment Products
- Product Manager – Card Issuing
You'll drive initiatives across modern card issuing and digital payment products. Preferred experience: Card Issuing Visa / Mastercard Digital Wallets (Apple Pay / Google Pay) FinTech Card Lifecycle Management
Responsibilities Lead product delivery for regional and global product launches. Drive technical implementation with Engineering and Solution Engineering teams. Manage end-to-end product execution across multiple stakeholders. Partner with banks, payment networks, fintech partners, and technology vendors. Deliver white-label platform implementations for enterprise customers. Support payment infrastructure expansion and product scalability. Ensure partner reporting, operational readiness, and compliance requirements are met. Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and automation.
Requirements 5–10 years' experience in Product Management, FinTech, Banking, Payments, or Consulting. Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on Product Management experience - MUST Strong understanding of technical products and software delivery. Experience working with Engineering teams in Agile environments. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth technology environment.
Nice to Have FinTech or Payments experience. Technical Program Management background. Software Engineering background before moving into Product Management. Experience in a startup or scaling technology company. STEM degree (Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Information Systems, etc.).
