TWO Internal Audit Specialist(For Alex & Cairo Branches)

Factory & Operational Audits (Cairo & Alexandria) Conduct regular audits on manufacturing processes, production lines, and material utilization to ensure operational efficiency and prevent waste.

Inspect inventory management procedures, including raw materials, spare parts, finished goods, and warehouse stock counts. Review supply chain operations, procurement cycles, and vendor compliance at the factory level. Agricultural & Field Audits (Alexandria / Farm Sites) Perform field audits on agricultural operations, crop yields, fertilizer/pesticide usage, and equipment maintenance logs.

Audit land management records, irrigation expenses, daily farm labor costs, and operational workflows on site. Monitor asset protection measures and physical inventory across farms and agricultural storage facilities. Corporate & Administrative Audits (Cairo HQ) Audit administrative workflows, HR records, payroll processing, petty cash, and corporate procurement processes.

Review financial transactions, ledger entries, and supporting documentation for accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. Evaluate internal controls within headquarter departments to identify risks and operational bottlenecks. Compliance, Risk Assessment & Reporting Ensure full compliance with internal company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and local statutory regulations.

Identify control gaps, operational risks, and potential fraudulent activities across all locations. Prepare detailed audit reports with clear findings and actionable recommendations for management. Conduct follow-up audits to verify that management action plans and corrective measures have been implemented effectively.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g., CIA, CPA, or ACCA) are a strong advantage. Experience: 3–5 years of experience in internal audit, external audit, or financial controls. Industry Background: Direct experience in manufacturing, agriculture/agribusiness, or food production sectors is highly preferred.
