Summary:

Bounty Club is seeking professional, dependable, and service-driven individuals to join our Outside Golf Staff team at our premier private golf facility located just 6 miles from downtown Nashville. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in presentation, and delivers exceptional member service in a high-end club environment

Job Specific Responsibilities:

Greet members and guests warmly upon arrival

Manage golf bag drop and cart staging

Clean and detail golf carts to club standards

Assist with practice facility setup and breakdown

Maintain cleanliness and organization of bag storage areas

Provide attentive, professional service at all times

Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 65 pounds consistently

Valid driver’s license required

Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions

Strong work ethic and reliability

Positive attitude and professional appearance

Weekend and holiday availability preferred

Compensation & Benefits:

$15-$20 per hour

Full-time and part-time positions available

Work in an elevated, team-oriented private club environment
