Ecommerce Growth Coordinator

Zima Dental is a fast-growing UK-based D2C oral care brand, selling across six international storefronts (US, UK, Canada, Australia, Netherlands, Germany/France). We're looking for a detail-driven Ecommerce Growth Coordinator to run the day-to-day execution of our website - keeping our website, marketing systems, and content operations clean, optimised, and reported on.

You'll work closely with our Growth Lead across: Email & SMS campaign building and flow maintenance in Klaviyo

Backend Shopify management across 6 storefronts - products, pricing, discounts, page updates, QA

Recurring performance dashboards and ad-hoc reporting

Creative production tracking and competitor research

SEO and blog publishing

PR coordination — press inbounds, samples, coverage tracking

Customer review follow-up and warranty tracking

2–4 years' experience in an ecommerce/digital marketing role

Hands-on Shopify admin experience — comfortable in the backend

Klaviyo experience (or a similar ESP)

Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills

Excellent written English

High attention to detail; comfortable owning recurring processes independently

Nice to have: Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, basic SEO, or Looker Studio experience
