BIM Modeler (5 days, Ubi)
Job Title: BIM Modeler
Salary: $3,000 - $4,500 (Based on Experience)
Location: Ubi
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Monthly Rest Days: 8
Responsibilities:
- Interpret technical drawings and create, update, and maintain BIM models
- Create BIM files, title blocks, and BIM object families
- Maintain BIM version control in accordance with the BIM Execution Plan (BEP)
- Coordinate with project teams to gather design information and resolve technical issues
- Assist the BIM Coordinator or BIM Manager with project coordination
- Attend site meetings and support project planning and management
Requirements:
- Diploma or higher qualification in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Building Services, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- BIM modeling experience, including internship experience
- Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD
- Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D is an advantage for structural modeling
- Able to interpret construction drawings and work collaboratively in a project environment
- Strong attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills
- Candidates able to start work immediately or on short notice will have an advantage
