Track & Trace Operator
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Track & Trace Operator with logistics experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring shipments, ensuring on-time deliveries, and resolving any transportation-related issues. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities: Track and monitor shipments from origin to destination to ensure timely delivery.
Communicate with carriers, drivers, and internal teams to provide real-time updates on shipment status.
Identify and resolve transportation delays or issues by coordinating with stakeholders.
Maintain accurate records of shipment statuses, delays, and resolutions in the system.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Proactively address potential disruptions in the supply chain and escalate concerns as needed.
Generate and analyze reports related to shipment performance and key logistics metrics.
Assist in optimizing routing and delivery efficiency.
Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders regarding shipment inquiries.
Working conditions: Work schedule: Monday – Friday: 3:00 PM – 11:59 PM CST Monday – Friday: 12:01 AM – 9:00 AM CST Saturday – Sunday: 12:01 AM – 12:00 PM CST Saturday – Sunday: 12:00 PM – 11:59 PM CST
