Operation Officer

Responsibilities:

Support the setup and management of operational systems that guide Zouse’s real estate and digital platform activities. Maintain accurate documentation from property records and partnerships to internal reports and compliance files. Conduct market and feasibility research to guide product development, pricing, and go-to-market strategy. Collaborate with the tech team to align real estate operations with the Zouse app. Assist in developing partnerships with agents, developers, and service providers to grow the Zouse ecosystem Contribute to revenue strategy, identifying new business models, and services Conduct regular property inspections and ensure compliance with standards and regulations.

Requirements:

A minimum of an HND in Estate Management or a related discipline. 2–3 years of relevant work experience in real estate operations, property management, or a similar field. Strong documentation, research, and organizational skills. Understanding of real estate principles and how they intersect with technology. Interest or experience in startup operations and digital platforms. Excellent communication, reporting, and teamwork skills. Proficiency in Google Workspace, Excel, or project management tools.
