Office Assiatant
- Assist the manager with client follow-up work, guide and support clients to complete account and system registration procedures, answer clients’ basic operational questions patiently, and ensure the whole registration process goes smoothly.
- Track and monitor clients’ registration progress in real time, maintain detailed client progress records, and update status timely to avoid omission and delay.
- Regularly remind clients of supplementing documents, completing information submission and finishing follow-up procedures via online communication tools or phone calls, and synchronize client situations and feedback to the supervisor promptly.
- Sort out and file client registration documents and work records to ensure complete and standardized data archiving for future inquiry and checking.
- Assist in daily office administrative work and complete temporary tasks arranged by the manager to support daily team operation efficiently.
Job Requirements
- No strict academic background or experience requirements. Fresh graduates and job seekers with no relevant experience are welcome. Professional on-the-job training will be provided.
- Proficient in basic computer skills, skilled in using Word, Excel and PDF file processing (file editing, format conversion, sorting and archiving).
- Good typing skills, careful and rigorous in daily work, patient with client communication, with strong service awareness and sense of responsibility.
- Initiative in work, able to independently follow up work progress, good execution and time management ability, no procrastination in daily tasks.
- Positive working attitude, able to follow work arrangements and cooperate well with the team.
