Construction Supervisor

Tasks and duties Manage Tools Box Meeting & Site Meeting Site Walk. Supervising construction projects from start to finish. Supervising subcontractors and construction workers. Manage Workers Time Sheet and Overtime Control. Keeping compliance with building codes and safety regulations. Monitoring construction progress and making necessary adjustments. Coordinating with architects, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project. Communicating with clients and stakeholders regarding project updates and any issues that arise. Manage Workers WSH Training and CET Renewal. Conducting site inspections and quality control checks to ensure work meets standards and specifications. Ensuring the timely delivery and availability of materials and equipment during construction. Managing project documentation and maintaining accurate records.
