Administration and execution of HR functions including Recruitment & Selection, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll Administration, Performance Review, Training & Development, Employee Relations and Orientation Program
Support recruitment activities, including posting job advertisements, candidates screening, and interview arrangement
Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes
Manage applications, renewals, and cancellations of work passes
Handle general matters, including updating residential addresses, levy waivers, medical check-ups for workers
Organize and oversee training and development programs for staff and workers
Support payroll processing
Organize performance review for all employees
Support in team building arrangement
Conduct market surveys for MOM, IRAS, CPF, WDA, and other HR-related studies
All other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Min 1 year of related experience. Experience in Construction Industry is a plus.
Strong knowledge in local employment laws and practices
Strong understanding of recruitment processes for both construction staff and workers.
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
