Export Shipping Specialist – Sea & Air Freight

Manage and follow up on sea and air export shipments from booking to final delivery.

Prepare and review shipping and export documentation .

Coordinate with customers, shipping lines, airlines, freight agents, and other stakeholders .

Follow up on bookings, shipping schedules, and delivery dates.

Monitor shipment updates and resolve issues when needed.

Maintain accurate shipment records and prepare relevant reports.

Ensure export procedures and documentation are completed accurately and on time.

Bachelor's degree or relevant higher education.

2–4 years of experience in shipping, freight forwarding, or export operations is preferred.

Practical experience with sea and air freight is preferred.

Good command of English , written and spoken.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel .

Experience with shipping management systems or CRM is a plus.

Strong organizational and follow-up skills.

Good communication and negotiation skills.

High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines.
