School Principal – Early Childhood Education

A well-established preschool located in Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta is seeking a dynamic and passionate School Principal to lead the center. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with expertise in early childhood development, school operations, school promotion and team management. They will be responsible for ensuring a nurturing learning environment, maintaining high academic and safety standards, and overseeing daily school operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and vision for the school’s early childhood program
• Oversee curriculum implementation, ensuring it aligns with early childhood education best practices
• Manage the school’s budget, enrollment, and operational logistics
• Responsible for driving marketing initiatives to increase student enrollment
• Recruit, train, and manage teachers and staff
• Maintain compliance with local and national regulations for early childhood programs
• Foster strong relationships with parents, staff, and the community
• Ensure a safe, inclusive, and developmentally appropriate learning environment
• Organize and oversee professional development for educators

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree with experiences, preferably Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field
• Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Minimum 10 years of experience in school operations, early childhood program, and school promotions.
• Strong knowledge of child development principles, early learning frameworks, and accreditation standards
• Proven leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to manage budgets and school operations efficiently
• Passion for early childhood education and commitment to student success
