Architect and evolve modern tech org structures (squads, pods, platform teams) while leading the talent strategy through AI transformation, mapping future capabilities, reshaping teams, and driving upskilling and a culture of AI-adoption

Coach and advise tech executives with a clear, data-backed point of view on organizational dynamics, leadership effectiveness, and team friction, while proactively mitigating risks to org health

Design and scale tech-tailored career frameworks, succession plans, and performance and compensation ecosystems that incentivize top talent and drive retention

Drive core people programs (engagement, complex employee relations, and performance management) that reinforce Xometry’s high-performance culture

Partner with Talent Acquisition to build proactive, global talent pipelines, refine technical assessment strategies, and optimize distributed technology hubs (US, Germany, India)

Partner with regional HR teams to ensure global tech initiatives are seamlessly integrated, compliant, and culturally relevant across all engineering hubs

What You’ll Bring to Xometry:

Demonstrated track record of guiding technical organizations through transformation, specifically driving structural, capability, and cultural changes related to AI adoption and automation

Proven capability in designing, implementing, and scaling complex tech organization structures (e.g., matrixed, distributed, product-led architectures) beyond standard process execution

Exceptional executive presence and data-backed influence, with a track record of translating complex insights to challenge, coach, and align C-suite leaders

Strong understanding of product development lifecycles, engineering practices, and technical talent dynamics (e.g., software engineers, product managers, UI/UX designers, data scientists)

High comfort level with fluid environments; demonstrated ability to bring clarity, structure, and forward movement to highly complex, multi-dimensional challenges

Experience managing dispersed technical talent across multiple geographies, time zones, and employment frameworks
