Quantity Surveyor for Building Project for A1 Main Contractor

Responsibilities Perform accurate quantity take-offs to support project cost estimation and control Source, evaluate, and negotiate with specialists, suppliers, and subcontractors to secure optimal terms and quality Prepare and submit monthly progress claims promptly to ensure timely payment processing Finalize project accounts with clients and subcontractors to close out contracts efficiently Collaborate with team members and management to complete additional tasks as assigned, supporting project objectives Preferred competencies and qualifications Diploma or degree in Building, Quantity Surveying, Civil, or Structural Engineering Demonstrated knowledge of construction sequences and material trends to inform project decisions Proven ability to work independently with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Effective team player contributing to collaborative project environments Substantial experience considered for Senior Quantity Surveyor role
