Key Responsibilities

Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for agricultural inputs, equipment, and services Manage end-to-end import and export processes (documentation, logistics, compliance) Ensure timely delivery, quality, and cost-effectiveness of procured goods Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation Build and maintain strong supplier relationships while ensuring compliance with company policies

Requirements

Minimum 4 years’ experience in an agricultural company Proven experience handling imports and exports end-to-end Background in procurement or supply chain with strong negotiation skills Degree or Diploma in Procurement or a related field Ideal Candidate Detail-oriented and highly organized

Strong negotiation and communication skills

Able to work in a fast-paced agricultural environment
