Lettings Negotiator
About the company
Join Woods in Portishead, part of Connells Group, as a Lettings Negotiator. You’ll benefit from expert training, ongoing support and clear opportunities to grow your career in lettings or explore other roles across the Group.
Your tasks
Help tenants find their next home and support landlords with letting their properties. You’ll:
- Contact potential landlords and book appointments to assess their property’s rental value
- Arrange and conduct property viewings with people looking to rent
- Negotiate rental terms between landlords and tenants
- Coordinate paperwork and keep everyone updated to help tenancies move smoothly through to move-in
Requirements
- Ideally have previous lettings or sales experience
- Be able to generate new business in a target-driven environment
- Deliver outstanding customer care and service
- Be resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail-oriented
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Be IT literate (MS Office, internet and email systems)
- Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle
