We are currently recruiting for PMC site coordinator (permit issuer) role to support our ADNOC onshore project in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

Due to the nature of the projects and client expectation, the position will be based at onshore site in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

The role

Responsible for coordinating day-to-day site activities at ADNOC onshore projects, ensuring work is executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with ADNOC standards, project specifications, and HSE requirements.

Key responsibilities

Coordinate and monitor daily site activities in line with approved schedules and work plans

Act as the main point of contact between site teams, subcontractors, and project management

Ensure compliance with ADNOC onshore standards, procedures, and HSE regulations

Assist in site planning, manpower allocation, and resource coordination

Monitor work progress and report status, delays, or issues to the project manager

Ensure work permits, toolbox talks, and method statements are in place before job execution

Coordinate inspections, site visits, and approvals with ADNOC representatives

Maintain accurate site records, daily reports, and documentation

Support QA/QC activities and ensure works meet project specifications

Identify site risks and assist in implementing corrective and preventive actions

Enforce strict adherence to ADNOC HSE policies and procedures

Promote safe work practices and participate in safety meetings and audits

Ensure incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions are reported immediately

Expected:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering (civil, mechanical, electrical, or related field)

Minimum 10 years' experience in oil & gas or ADNOC onshore projects

Strong knowledge of ADNOC standards, PTW system, and site execution processes

Experience coordinating contractors and multicultural workforces

Strong coordination and communication skills

Ability to work under pressure in active site environments

Good knowledge of construction/site operations

Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools

Team-oriented with problem-solving mindset

Previous ADNOC onshore approval

Valid UAE driving license

H2S, first aid, and ADNOC HSE trainings (advantage)
