Senior Process Engineer

JOB SUMMARY Work with department managers, supervisors, and coordinators to develop and implement process strategies, manage process resource, and optimize current processes. Work hands on lead process transformation, re-engineering, or new technologies to improve process efficiencies, quality, and throughput. Constantly communicate the improvement culture throughout the Company.

1. Education

• Required –Graduate of a good university with lean manufacturing, process excellence learning. Engineering discipline.

1. Experience

• More than 3 years experience in relevant role in large labor intensive manufacturing company (headcount >3,000)
• Expert user of Excel and statistical analysis software
• Knowledge of Auto CAD, Solid work as a plus
