Accountant

Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions, sales, and expenses. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports for management review. Handle bank reconciliations, deposits, and payment processing. Track inventory costs, sales income, and cash flow related to store operations. Support budget preparation, expense tracking, and cost control measures. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies. Liaise with auditors, vendors, and internal departments as required. Assist in payroll preparation and petty cash management.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in accounting, preferably in retail or FMCG. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (Zoho, Sage). Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. Good communication, organization, and teamwork skills. High level of integrity, confidentiality, and accountability.
