*The Opportunity* We are currently seeking a warm, skilled, and client-centered *Part-Time Psychotherapist* to join our dynamic team. You?ll collaborate with other professionals to provide integrated, wraparound care in a supportive and growth-oriented environment.

*Key Responsibilities*

  • Deliver individual, couples, family, and trauma-informed therapy tailored to client needs
  • Employ evidence-based approaches, such as CBT, DBT, psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness-based strategies, and trauma-informed modalities
  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity and comprehensiveness of care
  • Stay informed of current clinical research and best practices in psychotherapy
  • Participate in professional development, supervision, and team meetings to continuously refine clinical expertise

*Qualifications*

  • Master?s degree in Psychology, Counselling, Social Work, or a related field
  • Registered and in good standing with the *College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) is required*
  • Strong clinical foundation in a range of evidence-based modalities
  • Demonstrated experience supporting clients with diverse mental health concerns, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and relational issues
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Deep empathy, cultural sensitivity, and a passion for helping others thrive

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $65.00-$120.00 per hour
