Senior IT Infrastructure Support Engineer

Desired Candidate Profile

• 12+ years of experience in desktop support, IT infrastructure support, and end-user computing.
• Strong experience supporting corporate users and enterprise IT environments.
• Hands-on experience with Windows endpoint management and SCCM.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and enterprise authentication.
• Experience in onsite and remote technical support.
• Exposure to retail technology, POS systems, and multi-site IT operations.
• Experience managing IT assets, hardware deployments, and equipment lifecycle activities.
• Strong troubleshooting, incident management, and escalation-handling skills.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and coordination capabilities.

• Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Microsoft SCCM / Endpoint Configuration Manager.
• Windows imaging, application deployment, and patch management.
• Active Directory and user account administration.
• ServiceNow, BM Remedy, ITSM
• LAN/Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, switches, and access points.
• VMware / vSphere infrastructure support.
• PowerShell scripting and automation.
• POS systems, receipt printers, and retail IT infrastructure.
• Microsoft Teams Rooms and meeting-room AV support.
• MFA, Windows Hello, endpoint security, and Zscaler.
• IT asset management, vendor coordination, and hardware lifecycle management.
