Planing Engineer

Your tasks

1. Production Planning & Scheduling

Develop monthly/weekly/daily production plans based on customer orders, sales forecasts, and inventory targets Create and release production orders in SAP; manage MRP exception messages Monitor line capacity utilization, identify bottleneck processes, and coordinate resource adjustments

1. Material Requirements & Supply Assurance

Calculate raw material and packaging material requirements using BOM and routing data Track inbound material schedules, escalate shortage alerts, and drive emergency pull-ins Collaborate with Purchasing and Warehouse to ensure material kitting rate meets production plan

1. Progress Tracking & Exception Handling

Track daily production attainment; issue production status reports Reschedule dynamically in response to downtime, quality incidents, mold breakdowns, or urgent changes Participate in production-sales coordination meetings; output plan attainment analysis and corrective actions

1. Inventory Management & KPI Control

Monitor FG / WIP / RM inventory levels within target turnover days Drive slow-moving and E&O (Excess & Obsolete) consumption and cleanup Support cycle count discrepancy analysis and root cause correction

1. Data Systems & Continuous Improvement

Maintain SAP master data (production versions, planned delivery times, safety stock parameters) Build planning KPI dashboards using Excel / Power BI / Tableau Participate in Lean / VSM initiatives to reduce lead time and improve OTD

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
2. 3–5 years of production planning experience in manufacturing; automotive industry preferred
3. Solid understanding of MRP logic, capacity planning, and scheduling algorithms
