Patient Experience Specialist

A leading Hair Transplant & Aesthetic Clinic in Mohandeseen is looking for a Patient Experience Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and positive experience for patients from their first contact with the clinic until the completion of their treatment journey. Responsibilities: Handle patient inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and social media channels

Schedule and coordinate appointments

Follow up with patients before and after consultations and procedures

Welcome and assist patients during their clinic visits

Coordinate with doctors and the clinic team to ensure smooth operations

Maintain patient records and follow-up reports

Requirements: Bachelor's degree

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Very good to excellent English (spoken and written)

Presentable and professional

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Customer service experience is a plus

Experience in clinics, healthcare, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is preferred
