Role Description

The Graphic Designer role is a full-time remote position focused on creating visual assets for custom packaging and print materials, including bags, boxes, cards, and banners. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing layouts and graphics aligned with client brand guidelines, developing logos and brand elements, and preparing print-ready files that meet production specifications. The Graphic Designer collaborates with the internal team and clients to refine concepts, interpret briefs, and adjust designs based on feedback and digital proofs. The role also involves maintaining a consistent visual identity across different formats, managing multiple design projects simultaneously, and ensuring timely delivery of artwork to support fast production turnaround.

Qualifications

Strong Graphic Design and Graphics skills, with a portfolio demonstrating print and packaging work. Experience in Branding and Logo Design to develop and refine visual identities for diverse clients. Proficiency in Typography and layout design for business cards, invitations, banners, and packaging. Advanced skills in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign or equivalents). Ability to create print-ready files, understanding color modes, bleed, resolution, and finishing requirements. Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working remotely with clients and internal teams. Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines. Relevant diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
