Your tasks

Ready to turn your cybersecurity knowledge into commercial success? Join us to grow an exciting product portfolio, build strong vendor and partner relationships, and make a visible impact in the Singapore market—with opportunities for rewarding incentives and career progression.

We are hiring a Product Manager to take ownership of our assigned cybersecurity portfolio in Singapore.

About the Role This is a commercially focused product management role, bringing together product knowledge, market insight, and sales execution. You will work closely with vendors, Channel Account Managers, and Technical Consultants to turn opportunities into results.

  • Portfolio ownership: Own the commercial performance of an assigned cybersecurity product portfolio in Singapore. Build and execute product plans to achieve sales targets and profitable growth.
  • Vendor engagement and market development: Build strong relationships with vendors, align Singapore priorities and campaigns, and identify opportunities through customer needs, market trends, and competitive insight.
  • Pipeline and performance reporting: Maintain accurate Singapore pipeline and forecasts. Report monthly, quarterly, and annual KPI achievements, outlook, and action plans to management and vendors.
  • Partner growth and sales execution: Work with Channel Account Managers and Technical Consultants to develop partner and marketing programmes, deliver product briefings, and follow opportunities through to closure.
  • Pricing and deal strategy: Manage pricing, quotations, and commercial positioning carefully. Work with vendors and partners to structure competitive deals that create value while protecting profitability.
  • Product positioning: Understand the capabilities and use cases of your cybersecurity products and translate them into clear, compelling sales messages. Engage Technical Consultants for deeper technical discussions and solution validation.
  • Solution value creation: Identify complementary solutions within TruVisor’s portfolio and collaborate with sales and technical colleagues to develop value-added bundles for Singapore opportunities.

Requirements

  • A diploma or higher qualification from a recognised institution. Qualifications in IT, cybersecurity, business, or a related discipline are an advantage.
  • Prior experience with or working knowledge of cybersecurity products is required, including an understanding of their key capabilities, customer use cases, and business value.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a sales, account servicing, or commercially focused role. Experience as a Vendor Inside Sales Representative or with a technology distributor is strongly preferred; System Integrator (SI) experience is not a prerequisite.
  • Confident communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build productive relationships with vendors, partners, and internal teams.
  • Ability to grasp product concepts quickly and translate them into compelling sales pitches. You do not need to be a technical specialist, but you must be comfortable discussing cybersecurity solutions.
  • A proactive, commercially minded self-starter who enjoys taking ownership, pursuing opportunities, and working towards clear goals.
  • Strong attention to detail in pricing, pipeline tracking, and reporting, with organised follow-through and a collaborative approach to growing the Singapore business.

What we offer

  • Regular working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm.
  • Ownership and career growth: Shape the direction of your assigned cybersecurity portfolio and build your commercial expertise, with opportunities to progress as your contribution and capabilities grow.
  • A collaborative environment: Work with colleagues who welcome ideas, share knowledge, and support you in turning ambition into results.
