Job Summary Drive sales by engaging customers with product knowledge and suggestive selling. Provide prompt service, handle complaints and after-sales support, manage inventory and stock receipt, oversee cash transactions, and communicate customer feedback to the Retail Store Manager. Responsibilities Engage customers actively to drive sales through suggestive selling and sharing detailed product knowledge Deliver prompt and efficient service to meet customer needs and enhance satisfaction Resolve customer complaints and coordinate repairs, servicing, and after-sales support effectively Monitor inventory levels and manage stock receipt to maintain accurate merchandise availability Handle cash transactions accurately and securely during sales Collect and share customer feedback with the Retail Store Manager to support service improvements
