PARALEGAL / LEGAL EXECUTIVE

Job Summary

TKQP Law LLP seeks a Paralegal (Legal Executive) to join our General Litigation team through legal research, document drafting, and technology management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research to gather and analyze information supporting general litigation cases
• Investigate and verify facts relevant to potential commercial claims to strengthen case arguments
• Draft and review legal documents ensuring accuracy, compliance, and clarity for case submissions
• Manage and apply workplace legal technologies to improve efficiency in case handling and documentation
• Collaborate with conducting lawyers and team members to prepare and organize case materials effectively
• Maintain organized and detailed case files and documentation for easy retrieval and reference
• Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams and external parties to facilitate case progress

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Demonstrated work experience in General Litigation to contribute practical knowledge to case management
• Diploma or equivalent qualification supporting foundational legal knowledge and skills
