Job Summary

As an In-House Software Developer, you will manage end-to-end development for our company’s internal applications. You will collaborate directly with internal teams to transform business requirements into functional, scalable software.

Key Responsibilities

• Requirement Gathering : Partner with internal departments to identify operational pain points and map out software solutions.
• Full-Stack Development : Design, code, and test robust front-end and back-end architectures for internal tools.
• Database Management : Structure, secure, and maintain internal databases to ensure data integrity and seamless access.
• System Integration : Connect proprietary internal systems with third-party platforms, APIs, and legacy software.
• Maintenance & Support : Monitor application performance, troubleshoot bugs, and deploy regular updates or feature enhancements.
• Documentation : Write clear technical documentation and user guides to help staff navigate internal platforms.

Core Qualifications

• Experience : Proven track record as a Full-Stack Developer or DevOps Engineer, ideally within an in-house corporate environment.
• Technical Skills : Proficiency in modern programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, or C#) and relational databases (e.g., SQL).
• Problem Solving : Strong analytical skills to translate complex business needs into clean, maintainable code.
• Communication : Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical internal stakeholders clearly.
