Head of People & Strategy

Your tasks

We are looking for a hands-on HR leader to lead people operations and align HR strategy with business objectives. The role focuses on performance management, HR systems, labor law compliance, payroll governance, recruitment, and learning & development.

• Design and roll out Performance Management Systems (PMS), KPIs, and OKRs.
• Lead end-to-end HR operations and ensure compliance with Egyptian Labor Law.
• Manage HR ERP systems and oversee payroll governance.
• Supervise Recruitment and Learning & Development (L&D).
• Drive organizational effectiveness and a high-performance culture.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant HR experience.
• At least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Practical experience with PMS/KPIs, HR ERP, payroll, and labor law.
• Manufacturing industry experience is preferred, particularly for candidates who have implemented PMS in a manufacturing environment.
