To deliver effective and engaging lessons To establish a positive learning environment that encourages analytical thinking and independent thinking To adopt different modes of assessment University degree with at least honours degree in the relevant subject area Possess teacher-training qualifications, i.e PGDE or equivalent Preferably former MOE teachers with experience teaching in the subject area at IB Diploma Programme or JC Level Willingness to teach in the Secondary Section and will be an advantage.
