Site Supervisor

Supervise and coordinate daily site activities to ensure works are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and method statements. Coordinate manpower, materials, tools, equipment, and subcontractors to maintain smooth site operations. Monitor construction progress and ensure activities are completed according to the project schedule. Monitor concrete works, including preparation, placement, vibration, finishing, curing, and associated activities. Ensure proper arrangement and safe operation of construction equipment, including concrete pumps, tippers, lifting equipment, and other site machinery. Monitor manpower productivity and allocate resources according to work requirements. Identify site constraints, delays, and potential construction issues and report them to the Project Engineer/Site Manager. Ensure all workers understand the work sequence, safety requirements, and relevant method statements before commencing activities.
