Are you a compassionate Registered Medication Aide (RMA) who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of seniors? Join our dedicated team, where you'll be valued, supported, and empowered to provide exceptional care in a warm, resident-focused assisted living community.

Responsibilities: Safely administer routine medications in accordance with state regulations and community policies.

Provide compassionate personal care, assistance, and support to residents while promoting their dignity and independence.

Observe residents and report any changes in condition to the Registered Nurse, Wellness Director, or Supervisor.

Follow individualized care plans to ensure each resident receives personalized, high-quality care.

Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members.

Collaborate with the healthcare team to create a safe, positive, and welcoming environment.

Qualifications: Current and valid Registered Medication Aide (RMA) certification.

Ability to follow individualized care plans and medication protocols.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

A compassionate, patient-centered approach with an understanding of the aging process.

Dependable, professional, and committed to providing outstanding resident care

Shift: All shifts weekends only!
