Are you a passionate and customer-focused individual seeking a part-time role in the hospitality industry? Southern Hospitality Group is looking for a talented Restaurant Server to join our team at our Toa Payoh Central location. As a Restaurant Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring our guests have an enjoyable dining experience.

Your tasks

• Lead the service team to deliver attentive, professional, and personalized guest experiences.
• Welcome guests, take orders accurately, and ensure smooth coordination with the kitchen and bar.
• Supervise servers, monitor table settings, and maintain service standards throughout operations.
• Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints with tact and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
• Train, mentor, and motivate junior staff to uphold service excellence.
• Assist in daily operations including table allocation, reservations, and floor management.
• Support management in implementing promotions, special events, and operational improvements.

Requirements

• Prior experience in F&B service, preferably in a supervisory or captain role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; bilingual ability is an advantage.
• Ability to lead a team with confidence, patience, and professionalism.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Passion for hospitality and creating memorable dining experiences.
