Shells Café is a beloved seaside café in Strandhill, known for freshly baked pastries, cakes, and desserts made with creativity and heart. We're a friendly, close-knit team passionate about great food and the community we serve.

The Role

We're looking for a skilled Patisserie Chef to join our kitchen team. You'll be responsible for preparing and baking a range of pastries, cakes, and desserts to our high standards, working in a fast-paced but supportive environment with views of the Atlantic.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in pastry, baking, or a similar role
• Creativity and attention to detail
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Must live locally or have reliable transport to commute to Strandhill
