Restaurant Manager

Mario’s Diner is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of the restaurant. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, preparing work schedules, maintaining high standards of customer service, ensuring compliance with HACCP and food safety regulations, monitoring stock levels, coordinating supplier orders, assisting with recruitment and staff training, handling customer enquiries and supporting the efficient operation and continued success of the business.
