Job Description
RTX Lines OÜ is looking for an International Bus Driver & Customer Service Representative to join our team. The role is operated in cooperation with FlixBus, and all routes start from Tallinn. Main Responsibilities
- Operating international passenger transport services within the FlixBus network.
- Ensuring safe, punctual, and pleasant service for passengers throughout the journey.
- Conducting pre-departure vehicle inspections and following employer instructions and procedures.
- Checking tickets and passenger information and assisting passengers when necessary.
- Complying with driving and rest time regulations and using the tachograph correctly.
- Representing the company in a professional and customer-friendly manner.
Candidate Requirements:
- Valid Category D driving licence.
- Valid medical certificate.
- Valid professional bus driver qualification certificate (Code 95) and driver card.
- Customer-oriented mindset and a safe, economical driving style.
- Responsible attitude, accuracy, and reliability in daily work.
- Previous experience in international passenger transport.
- Communication-level proficiency in Estonian and English. Knowledge of Russian, German, or Latvian is considered an advantage.
- Interest in buses and customer service, and motivation to work as an international bus driver.
- Ability to use a smartphone, as daily work tasks and communication are managed through mobile applications.
- Valid residence permit and the legal right to work in the European Union.

Other requirements:

- Willingness to work on a shift schedule, including night shifts and weekends
- Interest in buses and customer service, and motivation to work as a bus driver in international transport operations.
