Site Supervisor

Job Description:

• Supervise and coordinate daily site operations, ensuring all activities are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project requirements.
• Lead manpower allocation, monitor daily work progress, and ensure the proper utilization of tools, equipment, and materials on site.
• Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and other departments to maintain smooth site operations and timely project completion.
• Enforce company policies, HSE standards, and quality requirements while preparing accurate reports on manpower, progress, and site activities.

Qualifications:

• Male, Indian national, 25–36 years old.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Site Supervisor or Foreman in the industrial, manufacturing, construction, or engineering industry.
• Strong knowledge of HSE standards, worksite procedures, manpower supervision, equipment handling, and quality control with excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Must have a valid UAE driver's license.
