About the Client: A high-end casual dining restaurant, based in Dubai

Job Description:

• Prepare and bake high-quality pastries, cakes, and desserts in large volumes for the central kitchen.
• Follow recipes carefully to ensure all look and taste exactly like the brand standards.
• Monitor ingredient levels, manages daily kitchen stock, and reduces food waste to control costs.
• Maintain strict cleanliness in the pastry section according to Dubai food safety and HACCP regulations.

Qualifications:

• Male, Asian nationals, aged 36 and below
• Good understanding of doughs, creams, and decorating.
• Strong attention to detail in plating and aesthetics.
• Relevant pastry certification or culinary degree.
