CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

We are seeking an experienced and organized Construction Manager to lead our building projects. You will manage every phase of construction—from initial planning and budgeting to final handover. The ideal candidate balances technical building knowledge with strong leadership and communication skills to coordinate architects, contractors, and clients

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones using industry software.
• Budget & Cost Management: Prepare accurate cost estimates, negotiate vendor contracts, and monitor ongoing expenses to prevent overruns.
• Procurement: Secure necessary building permits, licenses, equipment, and materials from trusted suppliers.
• Team Leadership: Hire subcontractors, assign tasks to site workers, and supervise performance across multiple teams.
• Site Supervision & Safety: Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality, enforce safety protocols, and ensure compliance with local building codes.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary contact for client updates, progress reports, and design feasibility consultations with architects and engineers.
• Risk & Issue Resolution: Proactively identify project delays, resource shortages, or safety concerns and implement effective corrective measures.
