Technical Business Analyst (Bilingual)
Skilyrði:FinTech
Your tasks
You are the a key point of contact between the Bank's Singapore operations, the
bank's Head Office IT team, and our engineering team. Requirements may arrive from the bank in Chinese and in English.
You resolve them, document them in both languages, and make sure what gets built is what was agreed.
This is a hands-on specification role, not a coordination role.
- Run requirements workshops with bank business users and produce bilingual functional specifications, process flows and user stories
- Work directly with the bank's Head Office IT on interface specifications for the credit-approval system and core banking: field-level data mapping, message formats, error codes, callback contracts. Source material can be in either English or Mandarin; your output must serve both reader types
- Specify integrations with Singapore Govtech and other external data bureau bodies API integrations (e.g. Singpass MyInfo, Singpass Sign, Credit Bureau Singapore) and the bank's document system
- Translate Singapore bank lending regulations into testable requirements.
- Write acceptance criteria and support SIT and UAT, including defect triage and reproducing issues before they reach developers
- Maintain the requirements traceability matrix, and run change control so scope creep is visible, priced and decided rather than absorbed
- Produce client-facing bilingual documentation to banking standards
