M&E Coordinator

Primary Responsibility : Coordination of all M&E systems. Job Scope:

• Coordinate electrical, ACMV, plumbing, sanitary, fire protection, and ELV services.
• Review M&E shop drawings and technical submissions.
• Conduct coordination and clash resolution meetings.
• Ensure M&E installation follows project requirements.
• Coordinate services routing with structure and architecture.
• Manage authority inspections and testing activities.
• Monitor M&E progress and readiness for commissioning.
• Coordinate system handover activities.

Requirements: •  Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline. •  Relevant experience in HDB construction projects as an M&E / MEP Coordinator. •  Proficient in AutoCAD and able to read and interpret M&E drawings. Other information: •  6 days •  This position will be based/located at construction site
